AA recalls going back should be a sign to management that those pilots share a lack of confidence in this place.
As far as fleet launch is concerned, the company continues to think we will show up to work with our mop and bucket to clean up the mess that every other person makes. Too bad no one else has any accountability besides us. It's sad when we have to scrutinize everything and clean up the mess to keep Bendo's job for him. I believe he is feeling a lot of pressure and may be heading to the unemployment line soon.
