The nationality of the pilot doesn't matter. That isn't the issue. The issue lies in the fact that the corporation NAI is using different countries to employ the FLAG OF CONVIENCE tactic. Plenty of US pilots fly for ANA. They are not subject to US labor laws, but Japanese law. These polish and Eastern European pilots you speak of are subject to Icelandic law. That's about all I can say. If you don't see the difference at this point you need to do some research. If you are an airline pilot why would you even remotely support this scheme of NAI?
