If you go to a regional with a flow, lack of a college degree may not be a problem. An acquaintance at PSA is eligible to flow to AA and he doesn't have a bachelors degree. He was debating whether or not to leave PSA and give up the possibility of flowing to AA. He chose to stay put and it looks as if that will work for him.
