Yes. From the START page, sweep in from the right side.
Go to SETTINGS.
Click on "Change PC settings." (This is the same sequence to get to "Update and recovery."
At the top of the menu, click on "PC and devices."
Click on "Display."
Set the resolution to 1920X1080 and apply.
