Be patient. I applied in the August window, went to Vets in Blue in November. Got called in January for interview but had to defer as I was in Afghanistan. Interviewed 12 April, got phase 2 email the next day...

Thanks for the information. I've been to 2 Women in Aviation events and 1 Vets in Blue. I have a couple of internal recs but nothing yet. I know it's a numbers game with the numbers that apply.
This at least gives me hope
