From what I see and hear they get hired finish IOE and then leave for MIL then return when they can hold a good schedule or upgrade. Yes outstanding employees if that's what you call it.
This started by talking about getting hired at major airlines not regionals. Yes, low time guard guys pull that. Do I agree with the behavior? No. They are exploiting a federal law that protects their civilian job.
