14 CFR 117 II. D.

"D. Congressional Mandate On August 1, 2010, the President signed the Airline Safety and Federal Aviation Administration Extension Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-216). Section 212 of Public Law 111-216 required “the FAA Administrator to issue regulations to limit the number of flight and duty time hours allowed for pilots to address pilot fatigue.” This section, in subsection 212(a)(3), set a deadline of 180 days for the FAA to publish an NPRM and 1 year for the FAA to issue a final rule."

First you say credit for 117 to Obama now your dig in with Babbitt...easy Wolf Blitzer!

Every word I wrote was fact. He signed it but had nothing to do with the work to create the bipartisan act. This rule was a done deal sitting in the White House past the congressional deadline...you tell us how Fred made BO carve out the cargo pilots after the rule was in final draft form from his own FAA administrator? Sorry if I hurt your liberal feelings. After you're done crying, read the rule for yourself before you blast away and hurt yourself.
