It's only partially pilot staffing. BB is using bankruptcy to get rid of all of our oldest 170 type aircraft as well as the Q's and 145's. About 8 of the 20 we are getting rid of were on active routes, hence the reduction at the end of April and into May. We have been flying 170's on routes usually flown by 175's for the last 3 weeks, I'm sure BB and company are trying to load up hours on them right before they are surrendered.
On the hiring front, 21 new hires start class this week, plus some transfers.
