Yea they are running it hard here as well. It doesn't seem to be working. Most of our new hires seem to be 40 - 50 plus year old ex-corporate, mil, or 135 guys. I don't see any of them sticking around for long. When attrition picks up in 2017 from the flow and outside hiring I see PSA management scrambling for anyone they can get. PSA, Envoy, and Piedmont will be ripe for merger in 2017. And I don't mean with each other.
