Well it is mentioned in 14 CFR 117 Section II Background Part D. Congressional Mandate.
Naw man, I clearly never said it was any other section (Sec III. final rule) of FAR 117, I specifically gave you the reference to show you I wasn't creating history and that the FAA credits (in FAR 117) Congress for the mandate requiring the change which you claimed was "BS".
Yes it is sad what is happening at SWA. We've had our share of pain, but that sucks that a former ALPA leader is the one sticking it to a great US pilot group. It's okay I am not judging; you can admit you've switched sides a few times on your extra long layovers
