want see getting hired? Nobody is saying the military pilots are inadequate
but they aren't all Chuck Yeager's either. We've all flown with good/bad pilots and you cannot judge the book by the cover.
I think the companies like military reserve and retirees because they come with their own health insurance for themselves and family and won't be using the companies medical benefits..... quite the savings right there.
