What is the quality of those newhires? Skywest and Republic rejects? How many of those 28 are projected to be at Envoy 6 months from now? 12 months?
Don't take my word for how bad Envoy is. Explain why it's the bottom regional for two years in a row. Aren't your managers busy downsizing you so you'll fall off the list completely like PSA?
