Why blame it on Alpa, or other pilots???

Did Alpa understaff the airline to create delays and cancellations?

Did Alpa make the descion to defer MX as long as possible so the plane doesn't sit, just to have the plane to crap out even more and need a day of repair

Did Alpa decide to pay all employees the lowest wages possible and make them work more for less. Which knocked their morale to nothing.

Did the older guys(baby-boomers) bow down to management's request and give up rules and protections for a couple of dollars more. Well you got me there, they did. But even then, it's the dumbass suits that requested all that stuff. The worst generation ever unfortunately allowed it.
