My fatigue and emergency calls have gone to about once per month now. Anyone else higher? It's frustrating when all I ask for is a couple days off for the entire month, and I have to work a local or standup that was put on my schedule for layer 7. It use to no problem getting rid of a short trip. Now you can't.

You're right, what's incredibly frustrating is that even if people want to pick up your trip, they can't, because they're maxed out. I had a 2- day posted last month, and 6 different pilots (yes, 6) all tried to pick it up. All were denied due to legalities (no 30 hrs in 7, max in 168, etc etc.) So frustrating
