I agree. It just amazes me how some are screaming "contract violation this" and "contract violation that" or "someone file a grievance". File your own damn grievance if it's that big of a deal to you. Or better yet volunteer in the union if you want change. Sure they can do better. They can always do better. However complaining here is not going to create the change their looking for.
Most people here have emailed the PBS committee and have open grievances. Heck some are even volunteering. When the union says they will be at bulding c to assist during the process and it is this royally screwed up it has to make you wonder what's up.
I agree with you that people complaining on here should be second to emailing the union and filing grievances. That being said it's no secret that this forum is closely monitored by people that are involved in the day to day ops at hq.
