EAS airlines in general are on the way out if you ask me. They can keep pumping in fresh low time FOs looking for a way to build time other than instructing (this is the exact route I'm taking) but having a really hard time keeping captains around. Sea Port is struggling with it too.

It's a great time to be a pilot if you've built up your flight time enough.
