It just seems like everything is a revolving door at Compass as of late, people just come and go (not talking about pilots, although attrition seems high too).

If they can't keep high level people in place without leaving, this is what happens. DM, who was in charge of the bid stuff left for greener pastures, maybe this new guy just hasn't caught up with things yet. All of our dispatchers seem new, as do people in crew scheduling. They probably have way too much stuff on the to-do list and too little people to deal with them and not enough people who have been with the company long enough to be of any help.

Furthermore, if Sabre is experiencing issues - we're sitting ducks too.

I don't think anybody intentionally wants things to be late, missing or screwed up. It just seems like we're grossly under staffed -- and Compass is trying to be what TSH is not, yet TSH owns us, so it's like shaving against the grain constantly.

Yeah, they should E-mail us and give us a "heads up" about things, but, that'd be 10 addtl. E-mails per day in my inbox I rather not have to go through. I really hope things improve, and that this doesn't continue going downhill....but I truly think being done with the flows and getting our last AA bird was nowhere near the end of our "growing pains".

I bet all of this will be addressed sooner or later....or, someone will eventually bring this up on the next conference call when they "unmute" the convo.
