May fav so far is have fun selling your soul. The point is ALPA has let the exact same thing happen in its back yard. The regional industry was sold down the river by ALPA by the major pilots to off set and increase their pay. While I was in CPH a while back I was talking to a new pilot for NAI, they start out at about 90k USD from what he was saying. So you looks like in the regional industry you can either sell you soul, or the pilots at the majors can sell it for you. Most of those pilots have never had to work a regional, and it shows.

Personally, I think if you are going to ask the regional guys to have you back, you should start having theirs. Stop saying well if you want to be here you have to help us. If you want to bully people go back to high school. These scare tactics only go so far, and since there is no promise of this movement to the majors, or help from the pilots at the majors, why should the regional pilots really care. The pilots at the majors have been using these pilots to prop up their jobs and the regional guys are feed up. I get it, why can't you?

If you want change and their support put this much effort into helping them, and I do believe they would have no problem back you up. Stop trying to strong arm them.
