Its one thing for me to sign a training contract, or some sort of an agreement of expectations of my time there. It was never even brought up, and I never was under any presumption that I was expected to stay at Cape Air for some period of time as an FO. I only knew of the year agreement once you became a captain. If you expect that of people, either be up front about it or have them sign an agreement. Not vindictively try to add a black mark to someone's record. Thats ridiculous and unprofessional. Glad we have the tool of APC so others can be informed
