Quit Mesa, go somewhere else. My experience at Mesa has proven to be the single greatest thing I have ever done for my aviation career, and I am making more money here than any other regional. Yes I was hired in 2013, and yes, I was extremely lucky that the timing was perfect. I have never tried to sell this place to anyone that I didn't think would be a good fit, and I always tell them how bad our health benefits are. Sorry, but you millenial, entitled, instant gratification brats have no clue how good you have it right now, or how much worse it could really be. You're all mad because you sat reserve for 6 months? Go tell that sob story to an Envoy or Express Jet pilot.
Just quit, go put your money where your mouth is, chase that greener grass.
