I say let the idiots lie so they can be weeded out. It's already BS that we have to be scammed at job fairs, and they use a Bachelors Degree to weed people out. I have one myself, but one of my most favorite and great pilots I've flown with only has a GED.

I would think that not lying on any kind of application where you're responsible for many lives goes without saying... Integrity is a part of being a human, let alone flying a plane. No compromises.
