Making that statement or believing it is not illegal. Everything else we do, from berating guys for picking up open time, to not calling for paperwork, to any of the other things we think will bring management to a serious discussion at the table amounts to a hill of beans. Money is all that matters, if the money is at risk, management gets worried. If the money keeps flowing, then why change anything?
