Not true . IA's have to be covered in accordance with the contract. If it's more then 3 hours out and you did not get a call you are due single pay and credit for the trip if you were the pilot who should receive the award. Under 3 hours they still have to robo call you but they don't have to wait 10 minutes so it becomes the first to call back.
