Training cost are through the roof, and the new hires "mostly old guys, no disrespect" find out early that this is real work, with 11 days off, and getting kicked around like a teenager. They usually quit inside on 6-8 months. The plan is to collect as much money as they can off of your backs, then lock the doors. New growth is off the old business model, and American and United know it will not work in the near future. Engine TBO,s on a large percentage of our aircraft are going to be in the millions. So all of you "company men, idiots" keep thinking this is the greatest place, and when they lock the doors without any notice, you can PM me and say I was right. "Turn in your badge, and go home" is not far off.
Whut? You honestly think Mesa would have been awarded those 30 ejets and then given financing for 18 more if all along they were going to close doors. You sir need to rethink Mesa's motives and learn how basic business works. Either you know something super secret or you are just plain out of touch.
