Myoface, So, you are saying that, if a pilot has no job, a job that they hate, or a job where they have no chance of career progression, because that job keeps them in an RJ as an FO with no shot of upgrade in the near future, they still not apply to K4? Wow! I sure hope that pilots are thinking for themselves and not taking career advice from some guy they don't know who may just be sitting in his underwear on the couch in Mom's basement
Now, if you are saying that if you have other job prospects, any job prospects at all, stay away from K4. While I don't agree with you, I can at least consider your argument.
In the first paragraph you are just a hater, and giving out terrible advice. Although, anyone who takes that advice deserves the consequences. So, I guess what you are really doing is the opposite of what you are trying to do. You are filtering out the pilots that have no independent critical thinking skills. Thank you, as they are difficult to work with. I would imagine that anyone with the above mentioned skills has the ability to make their own decisions. That decision being based a little on your advice but mostly from anecdotal evidence.
Again, thank you. While it hurts the pilot group to not get the top tier pilot candidates, it also put hiring pressure on the company which is the only thing that is going to resolve this contract.
