There are only 32 or so CA's there now, with no real prospects of any of them moving on. There are just as many mostly-local FO's that will upgrade there. So, a new-hire today awarded AB SFB has little chance of upgrading in SFB for years, since that is one of the most senior slots in the company. A NH awarded SFB 80 FO will be waiting, under current conditions, to upgrade to the 'homeless base' in 9-12 months. But SFB upgrade will take years. Once again...barring any significant base expansion.

Certainly with projected growth, who knows what will happen?! But I just want the OP to know there's no 'quick upgrade' to SFB any time soon.
