F9s pay is slightly lower than ours. I'm pretty sure they feel the same way we do and they would require a significant raise before agreeing to a T/A. And any merger would need a joint contract before managements precious "synergies" could be realized...........
My problem is I'd prefer a merger happen now, or 5 years from now. The thought of getting close to a TA only to merge would be pretty miserable. If you think morale is low now......., lol
