Not trying to argue with you, but they called me in December and told me to get 500, then they would give me an interview.
Then I got an email and a phone call last week, saying all I need now is 250. So at least two different people in the recruiting department required, as recently as December, 500 hours.

The total time has not went down in years. They may have lowered the fixed wing on the site now but anyone with 250 could have had an interview at any time.
