I think this is one of the best posts, and it's becoming a pattern. But Captains and FOs leaving for other airlines isn't going to cut it. Management won't care. Did you read parkers comments that I posted? It blows me away that a CEO would speak in terms of making the "team" feel appreciated etc etc. all out shirtbag managers talk about is cost cost cost. Throwing some some stupid patronizing smiley posters around crewrooms and having a high five day is not the same as caring about and appreciating your employees.
Our management is crap. Pure crap. They run a crap airline and treat everyone from the customers to their very own "team members" like crap.
