They must be incredibly dumb if they believed us during the interview. Why stay? Completely blows my mind how stupid the people running this airline really are.
Just talked to an ACY F/O who quit a few days ago for a corporate gig. Multiple CAs & FOs going to job fairs etc. No reason to stay at an airline that can't figure out how to run an operation that is at least on time 75% of the time. No reason to stay to make 70% less than our peers with dogs **** retirment.
