Our management is crap. Pure crap. They run a crap airline and treat everyone from the customers to their very own "team members" like crap.
You haven't worked for Doug Parker before then. He is quoted in other "state of the airline" videos at AAG saying they profit sharing has no business there. Because front line employees have no direct effect on profits. By large it was the APA calling him
out publicly about the lack of promised culture change at AAG. This wasn't done out of the goodness of Parkers heart. He is a reactionary, classically trained accountant, who doesn't part with money unless it's pried from his fingers. Much similar to our management. Attrition won't fix our problems, only solidarity and some well placed ads, pickets, and an ALPA sanctioned job action.
