That is utterly false, it's hugely below market rates in Europe for this type of job. Norwegian are a disgrace, worse than Ryanair. I fly for BA and the vast majority of our 787 FOs are making more than Norwegians top paid 787 CAs.
Is there any pressure on the guys going to NAI to stop and go elsewhere? I know the United States has the regional airline problem, but maybe things could've been different here if they had been nipped in the bud early on. With my limited understanding, NAI looks like another cancer that could be stopped if it's handled soon enough. One solution is for nobody to go there, but then I guess they could draw from non-European pilots as well... Anyhow, is there any pressure on European pilots to stop going to NAI?
