I've been at frontier for 2 years. This month, I used 7 days of vacation and ended up with a 25 day off month and 84 hours of credit. I'm currently in the middle of a 14 day vacation with my family. The pay here needs to go up, and it will. The quality of life here is just fine.
When making a career decision, look at the big picture. Frontier is going to be the fastest growing airline in the country for the next 5 years. Our contract is currently being negotiated and we might get a small pay raise before our next contract is signed. Careers are long, contacts are short. Don't confuse today's contract with what the future will hold.
Ok, now let the b*tching continue...
