I agree endless reserve is no good, however the few months I spent on reserve at Mesa weren't all that bad. Most of it was in PHX and I always bid the PM shift. I would commute in early the first day, take a nap at the crashpad, hit the gym, grab some lunch, and then usually I'd have something lined up for that afternoon/evening on my schedule. And 9/10 they would release me early on the last day so I could make my commute home.

However it is very nice upgrading into a line on the 175 and not having to sit reserve
