Thanks 2cyl, I was one the phone with them when you probably wrote that, according to them, training removed my r-days, not CRS, so no credit for leveling. Even Dave Taylor there said he didn't understand it at first, and they had to check with the company and NC to clarify it, so no soup for me, and I'm #1 tonight
