RSV time will definitely be very short for new hires into the 175 due to our contract not allowing other FO's to bid it and the fleet going from currently 9 or so, to 40 aircraft. New hires could be bidding very senior by next year on the 175 if things stay as they are.

Currently the flow plan has (16) current senior E175 FO's upgrading to CA starting classes in May-SEP, so they will be leaving it. There isn't many FO's on that fleet to begin with. Plus a bunch of the remaining senior FO's on it are about to upgrade, probably on the next big vacancy moving people up the list even more. Some of them can hold CA already. They are Probably just waiting for what they want to open up or waiting to build a little seniority first. That fleet will have VERY rapid advancement in relative seniority bidding for any FO on it unless there is another displacement bid. Same as the CRJ did years ago with new hires holding lines while E145 FO's were on reserve for years.

Even as a Captain, my relative seniority on the E175 is about 10X better than it is on the 145 for line bidding purposes after this last bid and only getting better with more aircraft coming in every month. Since most CA's can't bid it due to seat locks and the Flow, you had to displace into it to be safe.
