All of us on here that seem to have common sense are only a small portion of the group...I certainly hope Captains are taking a stance as to how they run they're aircraft and they're first officers. My airplane is always nice and cool and always has two engines running for operational nessecity... My phone goes off from scheduling the minute my pairing ends regardless of how much incentives they're throwing at us...your only utilizing a temporary solution to a long term problem by helping them clean up they're own stupidity and lack of planning. I am beyond disappointed and discusted at our new Chairmens answers to the press. He bassicly stated in a public forum that he doesn't give a rats a$$ about us.
