So when is reserve going to be fixed? It seems the current plan is to leave it up to the arbitrator. When is his decision suppose to come down? I get we all have to be on reserve sometime or another but when it comes down to years with no relative movement insight things need to change and change quick. It's been over a year since we had some sort of temporary LOA that concerned SEC 12 that got dumped after a shake up of our NC. Are we even close to getting some sort of LOA now? This single issue has caused more problems in my family life than anything this airline has thrown at me.
