So when is reserve going to be fixed? It seems the current plan is to leave it up to the arbitrator. When is his decision suppose to come down? I get we all have to be on reserve sometime or another but when it comes down to years with no relative movement insight things need to change and change quick. It's been over a year since we had some sort of temporary LOA that concerned SEC 12 that got dumped after a shake up of our NC. Are we even close to getting some sort of LOA now? Not sure what you consider "relative movement" but moving up 45 spots on the reserve list over the next 35 days is going to be nice. Now with the company using the 175 as a recruiting tool, the CRJs staying longer, and the 145 pilots getting placed in ORD then I see more stagnation before I see any movement.
But to answer your first question - it looks like we won't have anything happen before the arbitrator rules. Also, I'm hearing the NC is a little anemic with respect to negotiations.
