I imagine the calls will start coming. I bet anyone with a desire to work for Big3 who possesses even moderately competitive stats will get their shot at an interview in the near future.

My only concern is the economic cycles, and how they play into the equation with regard to furloughs etc. For this reason, I suppose a person's age factors highly into a decision to shed the (i will not call them golden) hand-cuffs and take a number at the bottom of a legacy.

Tricky stuff.
