I was asked about my driving record, criminal record, FAA record, etc... he picked off a few things from my resume and asked me about the type of flying I had done, questions about the B727/A300/DC8 sim and class time I had from an internship. Asked about my education, why I chose to apply with ASA and when I could come down for an interview. There were more questions asked but I cant remember all of them, the phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. I asked lots of questions, if I were you, I would be prepared with a list of questions to ask your interviewer when he/she calls as it shows you have a sincere interest in the company and working for them.

As stated above, be prepared for anything during the phone interview, they literally could ask you anything. Basically, they are just seeing if your personality fits with the business culture at the airline and whether or not you seem like the type of person that would fit in and be liked as well as uncovering any disqualifying criminal/FAA history.
