Not the same.

The non union "mgt " pilots at UPS do not operate under the seniority system, or any contract, cannot hire or fire, and can NEVER join the union. When they hired on into that position they agreed to cross any picket line or SCAB whenever and wherever UPS told them too. UPS has around 140-180 of them out of 2,500.

Its worth noting that in over 20-25 years NO IPA Captain has ever joined "mgt".
