I'm on RSV but do drop one RSV day in the middle of every block. I figure I can do that and be home all the time or keep the 72hes and get abused...............pretty easy decision really.
We dont have much open time in ACY and when something drops in, it's gone seconds after.
I'm glad it's working out for you, but this is precisely the reason dropping a rsv day in the middle will be arbitrated/traded away(bc the company will wanted gone). Then people will have to call in sick to get a day off in the middle after that.
