That's what I believe he's saying: They may been UPS pilots but they were not IPA members.
The one UPS MD11 flown during the strike was flown by a management crew. The other was flown by a European contractor Star, but that's not the end of an otherwise great story.
A FDX 777 flew CGN-MEM DURING THE STRIKE.
FX5225 left CGN while the picket lines were up and IPA pilots were honoring a legal picket line.
Well done IPA. So does FDX have NURPs now, or what? Apparently by definition they do now. I guess picket lines only matter to some these days...lovely. But you've got an excellent magazine.
