I just hope guys realize Scope is probably the most important thing in a contract....it's our jobs. If it's picked away at each contract, there is nothing left. Shiny new planes, re route adjustments, and pay rates don't replace our jobs. Scope is not for sale...especially when PS is reduced and PS is the only way we see money for scope we give up through JVs.
(And yes, before the rocket surgeons or any Nay Sayers come in...I do realize there are other things in a contract that are very important)
