Upgrade time is an unknown. The FO pay scales go out to 14 years and there is little doubt people will reach this cap. I highly doubt upgrades times will take more than 20 years though.

Agreed it is unknown. It could be 10-25 years without any substantial growth or regulatory changes. Is that a wide enough range? [emoji52]
