Subtract 28 days of vacation (7*4) from the 228 days of scheduled work (76*3) and you get 200 days worked, or 16.67 per month. Take it a step further and throw in the 7 PTO days and the average drops to right at 16 days per month worked. That is with no SDP (supplemental duty like IOE or Check Airman) override and no extended days.
