Make an appointment with an FAA Inspector at the nearest Flight Standards District Office to where you are moving to. You can search the FAA.GOV website for locations and phone numbers. Bring all your records with you. They can provide you with the best course of action.

An alternative is to contact a flight school. Many are versed with converting an EASA license. An Indian license may be a bit more complex.
