Dont be so smug...

Saying Teamsters has a "airline division" and acting proud of that is like saying McDonalds is a healthy place to eat because they offer salad.

Lets say that ALPA allowed their lawyers to represent airlines in a merger. So Airline A gets lawyer Bob and Airline B gets lawyer Tom. The merger goes to arbitration and Airline A does much better than Airline B when the arbitrator makes his decision. Airline B blames lawyer Tom and now Airline B refuses to integrate lists and then seeks to leave ALPA and form an in house. "Tom screwed us!!" yells every pilot on Airline B....."ALPA knew Tom wasnt as good as Lawyer Bob!!! We were set up"

Are you seriously asking what ALPA does? If that is a serious question, get off these forums and educate yourself.
