And I
did protect most of them, though not ill-gotten; everybody at my seniority or higher was a Captain for over 2 years before the CAL/UAL merger was announced. I also voted to protect the Pilots in SEA, ORD, LAX and SFO...albeit with no reciprocation. No Pilot, anywhere in our system should be losing positions on narrow-body fleets with this kind of domestic growth...and YES, I'm very sympathetic to what DEN continues to endure.
